Job Purpose:

As an Administrative Assistant at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Provide assistance to all HR Department.

Responsible for all Pre employment process: Drug Test, TB Test Referrals, Local Law, Fingerprints for AHCA, DCF & DJJ.

Assist in all Benefits areas: Customer service, Benefits, Photo ID Badges for staff, Filing Room and any other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Associate Degree

Other Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish Preferred); Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher); Ability to multi-task; Minimum of 1 year of experience in Administrative office setting.
