The Turning Point & Bay House Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the operation and functioning of the Turning Point Psychosocial Rehabilitation program and the Bay House short-term Residential Treatment Facility. This position operates as a Clinical Program Manager for Aspire Health Partners with all of the general management responsibilities, including but not limited to: hiring and training of staff, management of general program operations, attending required meetings, etc.
