***THIS IS A CASUAL/AS NEEDED POSITION FOR WEEKEND COVERAGE***

Job Purpose: As a Business Office Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to be responsible for providing administrative/fiscal support to the clinical programs.

 

  • Responsible for providing administrative/fiscal support to the clinical programs.
  • Conduct registration of clients including client interview, insurance/financial assessments and documentation for payment classification. 
  • Appointment scheduling, data entry. 
  • Complete and processes the intake form for new and existing clients. 
  • Complete insurance benefits. Updates pertinent client demographic, financial and insurance information.  

 

Job Requirements

 

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire’s insurance company.
  • High School Diploma

Other Qualifications: Experience in Business Office preferred; Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
