Job Purpose:

As a Crisis Support Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions to effectively fulfill the duties of the position. These functions include – but are not limited to – facilitating group and individual therapy, providing counseling and support to case load of assigned clients, monitory and documenting client progress, advocating on behalf of the patient, completing assessments, developing treatment plans and other programmatic paperwork, utilizing required technology to effectively complete tasks, providing support and crisis intervention when necessary, completing training in order to continuously enhance job performance and showing flexibility and teamwork. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Master’s degree in a human services field. License Preferred
