Job Description

Job Purpose: As a Director of Quality Management at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is be responsible for the overall management of your assigned clinical or administrative program(s) to include day to day operations, budgeted revenue and expenditures, employee training compliance and HR management of staff members. These functions include – but not limited too – director oversight and execution of Aspire’s Corporate Compliance and Aspire’s Quality Management programs; Direct supervision of both Compliance and Quality Departments; Work with risk management to ensure proper execution of record releases and requests; Responsible for internal and external breach determinations and reporting to all state, federal and local agencies as Privacy Officer; System administrator for Corporate Policy and Procedure system (Policy Tech); Oversight of permitting, licensing and inspection tracking for Aspire; Processing of State of Florida and AHCA licensing renewals and initial applications; Management of forms maintenance, upkeep and oversight of corporate forms management; Budget monitoring for all departments; Staff mentoring and guidance

 

Additional Duties: Committee leadership and involvement (Corporate Compliance, Corporate Risk Management, Customer Satisfaction, QMPI, CARF); Building captain for Fernwood Campus; Backup for waitlist entries (Contractual requirement for ME)

 

Mostly importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

 

 

Job Requirements

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Bachelor Degree in Health Administration or health services related field and/or related experience.

 

Other qualifications: Certified or ability to obtain Healthcare Compliance Certification; Ability to research and accurately interpret relevant federal, state, or accreditation guidelines applicable to Aspire services; Experience in developing large diverse groups of staff to ensure team cohesiveness; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
