Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing ADP System, audits and compliance, re verification of all ADP data entry such as new hires, changes, terminations, transfers, benefits enrollments and terminations, etc. Audit all benefits enrollments and changes. Set up benefits annually open enrollment profiles in ADP System, Audit ACA Compliance. Back up for benefits, Worker’s Compensation and FMLA programs at Aspire Health Partners. Maintain all information in ADP-HRB updated. Provide assistance during open enrollment to staff on processing of enrollments. Serves as liaison with employee’s and payroll department regarding payroll-related issues. Provides assistance in the administration of the company employee benefits program. Provide benefit & ADP Usage/Access orientations.

Job Requirements

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire’s insurance company.
  • High School Diploma

 

Other qualifications:

BA in HR or Business Administration preferred. Two year of experience in HR insurance benefits, Workers’ Compensation and on a payroll/human resources software program, such as ADP.   Must be able to be computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Four years of experience in a mid or large size employer human resources’ department can consider in lieu of AA degree. Bilingual English & Spanish.
