Job Description

The Seminole Center for Co-Occurring Disorders (SCCD) is a co-ed residential program for individuals with a substance using disorder or those with a substance abuse issue along with a mental health disorder. This program complies with all DCF regulations and is CARF accredited. Counseling staff in this program provide individual and group counseling, participate in all-team meetings and case staffing, and complete comprehensive documentation including individualized treatment plans and progress notes.

As Lead Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist at the SCCD program you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients while engaging in specific administrative duties. In addition to the general role of Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist, the Lead is responsible for, among other things: scheduling groups, maintaining the Behavioral Health Tech schedule and managing on-call situations in the event of the Clinical Program Manager's absence.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years experience with target population

Master's degree in social sciences required, licensed or CAP preferred
