Job Description

As the Lead Environmental Tech  at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to assist the Manager is the supervision of the department. 

These functions include – but not limited too – responsible for doing weekly cleaning checklist; maintain organization and inventory level of supplies; maintain coverage of areas during staff absence or scheduled off; walk daily through all areas ensuring all are cleaned thoroughly by staff; assist with training of other personnel within the department. 


• The cleaning of restroom, office and agency areas to include client/patient room, floor etc. In a clean and sanitary manner.
• Maintain supplies at agency location and will observe and report safety problems and needed repairs
• Comply with company attendance and remaining productive during work hours.


• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility 
• Report all safety and needed repairs
• Comply with company policy and procdures
• Attend monthly department meetings 
• Perform cleaning tasks outside assigned building to include grounds maintenance, trash removal, window washing, as well as related travel to assigned buildings.   
• Perform all other duties as assigned
Non-Essential Function

• Contribute to the overall improvement of the department
• Attend an educational training to improve environmental tech skills 
• Request attendance to attend outside training

Mostly importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.


Job Requirements

Position qualifications:  Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • High Diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience of housekeeping and/ or environmental services is required
