Job Description

Job Purpose: As Peer Support at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions in order to carry out the mission of the Family Intensive Treatment Program, in collaboration with the Board of Directors. These functions include – but are not limited to – providing knowledge of all FIT social services available in the area served by Orlando EMA, facilitating networking among service providers for clients, assisting in the completion of required paperwork, maintaining knowledge regarding FIT and share with others, staffing client situations with Mental Health Department Manager or designated personnel, completing required trainings and attending department and staff meetings. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire’s insurance company.


  • High School diploma

Other qualifications: Three years of sustained recovery from addition and/or exp. in child welfare. Must have knowledge of social support services in Orlando, Osceola and Seminole counties and good organization skills.
