Job Description

Job Purpose: As a Safety Management Officer at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions to effectively oversee the duties of the position within the Program. These functions include – but are not limited to – monitoring unusual activity, informing proper authorities when necessary, responding to safety requests, assisting with external threats when necessary, monitoring interior and exterior of the facility, securing all entrances, reporting any unsafe areas of the facility, assisting the staff with CPI skills and de-escalating situations when needed, performing routine building checks and completing required reports and submitted in a timely manner. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures. 

Job Requirements

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Other qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience is preferred
