Job Description

Job Purpose: As Senior Manager of the Central Receiving Center and Access at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to have the responsibility for the overall management of your assigned departments.

These essential functions include – but not limited to –

Day-to-day operation, provide supervision, training, consultation and leadership to program supervisors/leads and staff members, assure compliance with company policies and procedures, standards and contracts as pertains to your department services, follow department budget guidelines.

Handle staff member issues in accordance with the HR policies and procedures along with HR consultation and partner with the HR department in the process of recruiting and hiring new employees. Program staff in multiple settings.

In addition, preparing reports, monitoring work performance, reviewing clinical documentation and completing employee evaluations, scheduling and/or attending professional activities, establishing and maintaining effective working relationship and team performance, providing prompt, maintaining knowledge of available community agencies resources. Interface with clients as needed to ensure excellent customer service and client rights are maintain.

Establish and direct treatment implementation that address behavioral, mental health issues and substance abuse issues within the strict guidelines of DCF and other governmental agencies.

Ensure all documentation is properly execute in compliance with regulations and policies of funding agencies and the organization.

Ensure youth files are maintain at all times, documenting all medical and mental health/substance abuse treatment.

Monitor and supervise staff processes in, but not limited to intake, assessments, educational programs. Treatment planning, discharge planning, aftercare and special treatment procedures.

Develop specific crisis intervention processes and participate.

Mostly importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Master Degree in Behavioral Health Field

Other qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience; Licensed Therapist preferred; Must be flexible to work various hours; Ability to work with a diverse population of clients; Customer service and multi-tasking abilities; Organization and communication skills.
