Job Description

As Training Compliance Specialist I at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of duties in order to facilitate and track employee training for regulatory and statutory compliance.

These functions include – but are not limited to – facilitating training to company employees in specified core training, verbal de-escalation techniques, providing consultation and leadership to direct care and non-credential staff, assisting with the development of new training that would ensure non credential staff productivity, assisting managers with assessment of staff competencies, assisting Employee Relations and Training Manager maintenance of employee records regarding compliance. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

3 - 5 Years Training Experience

Level II Background clearance

Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire’s insurance company

Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite
